The staff was very friendly

The bedding. Sheets we’re pulling and there wasn’t a protective mattress cover on the bed. I was able to feel the pulling of the mattress through the sheets.

The hotel is very nice, the room was very nice. The staff was very nice. Everything was clean and the location is great for what I needed. But the water pressure was absolutely horrible!

The shower is about one of the worst showers I have ever had at a hotel, seriously. Absolutely awful water pressure! That only made the whole stay suck. Because of that, I will never stay at this hotel again.

the fire alarm went off. the heater didn't work properly. too hot or too cold.

I liked the very good breakfast and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The rooms are not insulated very well. You can hear everything beside you, in the halls and above you.

The staff was wonderful. Thoughtful touches like sensor lights in the bathroom were much appreciated. Very comfortable layout and furnisjihings. Slept wonderfully.

Our room was out of lotion though, so checking the bottles carefully before a shower would be wise.

Very Clean, Sleek Design, Comfortable Beds, Nice Pool. Hot breakfast was just ok, but the serving and dining areas are well kept, there is a McDonalds across the street if youre hungry. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Very clean, nice decor, pool well maintained, fitness center was equipped with much more than expected.

One elevator was not in service.

It¿s the only hotel in Crown Point. The breakfast was hot.

For the price, it did not meet expectations. The light in our room didn¿t work. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. They should pay attention to details like this given that the room was over $--- with taxes.

The breakfast was served until 10 but when we went down at 9:55 she said it was closed and wouldn't let us get a bagel.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the Crown Point area. it's new and convenient. The rates do seem to be climbing, hard to catch much of a deal on the room, even on a Tuesday night

two of the last 3 or so stays we've had fire alarms go off and had to vacate our rooms, both were minor situations (a burnt bagel and someone smoking in their room) but one was 2 AM in tha morning. Not a fun thing to experience. The rates seem to be

The entire facility is well kept and clean. Even the surrounding exterior grounds were kept up and clean. You can tell the hotel is very new and it is holding very well.

I found nothing wrong.
