The pool and hot tub. It was clean and inviting.
Air-conditioner was extremely loud in our room. The TV in our bedroom didnt work. Breakfast could be better.

Beautiful property. Extremely comfortable rooms and beds. Air conditioner was quiet and worked well. Ice maker in full fridge was excellent. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the staff working the breakfast bar were super helpful. Indoor pool was a good size, and appropriate depths for the kids. Hot tub is for about 6 people, but is in good working condition.
2 bedroom king suite - Handicap shower - make sure to ask for a tub mat to place in front of the master toilet. It’s super slippery after a shower as the drain is in the main floor of the bathroom. Staff was attentive to the issue and we had a mat within 30 minutes of asking.

The room was nice and cozy. The water in the pool was warm. Plenty parking available.
The room was not clean - dusty chairs, dusty TV stand, bathroom definitely could be cleaner. The breakfast was very basic. The outdoor fireplace was out of order (what it seems like for a while now)

Overall a nice experience. Great staff, and clean facilities. Room was very comfortable. I like a pretty firm mattress, which is why the "meh" response on that one-- but I've certainly slept on less comfortable mattresses in other major hotel chains.

Good choices for breakfast but it could have been open earlier as we needed to get on the road early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
