The staff was amazing, Hotel employee at the front desk was so very helpful and friendly! Also you can wash and dry your clothes for free!

Very clean

The guy on the front desk on Saturday 5/23/26 at 6am was either having a bad night or is consistently rude to guests. On Sunday morning there was no one at the desk at 6:30 am.

I have meetings in Louisville every 4 weeks. This hotel is so convientent for me and where I have to be.

Usually this hotel is very clean. My room this time was not. There was also a blue light in the air conditioner blower that flashed the entire night.

Room and employee was great

Was not posted that the pool was under renovation as I reserved for the pool. Def. Call ahead on that not good.

This was a great location for my trip to Louisville. It was an easy in and out with only a 15 min drive in to Louisville.

I couldn't get the air conditioning to turn on in my room. It was fairly comfortable without it so I didn't mention it to the staff.

The staff and location was great

No breakfast was served, the furniture,fixtures,and linens need to be updated. This hotel should look a lot better.

What I liked best was the staff they were really nice and worked really hard and we're polite.

Roaches being in an expensive hotel is disgusting. The tub was broken which we just made it work. I informed staff about bugs and they stated the room I was in was just fumigated which ruined my whole experience paranoid of seeing a bug. pool didn't work.

Easy to get on and off 65 to Louisville

Carpets in rooms and hallway were stained and dirty looking. Desperately needs updating throughout. I have stayed in another one and it was great. Not this one. Disappointed

It¿s pretty new and things seem to be in good shape.

The room was much smaller than expected. I¿ve stayed in other extended stay type hotels and the rooms were larger.

Staff acts like they don¿t want to be there. No breakfast is available. Rooms are outdated with unmatching furniture

Our room was by the elevator¿a bit noisy.

Location

The floors were disgusting and in one of our elevator rides, there was three bags of trash on the elevator with no one around. Also the floors were sticky, and the blow dryer didn¿t work in the room so I had to call and get one. Not a good experience!

I liked the full kitchen and bath tub. Room was big and had lots of space.

They never came to offer us clean towels but my main concern is i feel like they over charged me quite a bit. And the my deposit still hasnt been returned. Im assuming their slow but if it doesnt show up soon im going to assume the worst
