The staff was very considerate. The residents are very friendly too. We were very comfortable there. Just about everyone had a dog, but it was very quiet most of the time. I would go back and stay there again.

There were roaches that came out at night, just a few and they were smal. Also, there wasn?t any Kleenex, paper towels, extra blankets, utensils, or dish soap. I didn?t know people bring their own.

The staff was rude when I check in I had to switched rooms toilet wouldn't flush water standing in sinks floor was dirty people being loud smelled funny ..if I ever need a extended stay again it definitely won't be there

The hall ways and elevator were always dirty and my room wasn't as clean as I would expect at check in.

Good distance to Expo Center

Could be cleaner. Carpets throughout hotel were stained. Our stovetop wasn¿t working when we first arrived. Took them 2 days to fix. Maintenance man looked at it and found out the issue but he didn¿t replace the stovetop as they stated they would.

There was dog feeces both immediately out of the (broken) entrance door and throughout the stairwell up to the 3rd floor.

Not sure how this hotel has the rating it has but it certainly deserves less. Bathroom was nasty, air conditioning barely blew, microwave didn't work. I called the front desk when I couldn't heat up my dinner and he was just like oh sorry.

They gave the room I booked to someone else and asked if I would take a lesser room because they were packed. I did but wish I hadn't. Room was smaller and not as nice. Probably will not stay there again. Only stayed there because it was all I could find.

Locations and able to have amenities

Yes the secondary entry ways were both out of order forcing us to park by the secondary doors and walk to the front of the hotel to access our room and being handicapped this was a great inconvenience and the beds were uncomfortable

rock left to keep outside door open without use of key card, could not get into the exercise room, no cart to transport luggage.

Hotel employee was very friendly. My husband is recovering from knee surgery. She moved things around so we could have a ground floor.

The room was not clean properly. There were hard water stains in the toilet. Elbow grease or regular cleaning would take care of this. There were items left in the freezer and drawers. The worst was the soap left in the shower from the previous person.

The front desk staff was the best thing this hotel had to offer. Very nice and made every effort to accomodate us and make our stay more comfortable.

The rooms smelled bad. Coverlets were stained. Dirty, bloody masks on hallway floors. They need better housekeping and janitors to keep everything clean especially during covid. Will not be returning.

The location

The mattress was stained with blood or something,the other one had pee stains, saw 2 needles in the parking lot,roaches, carpet was filthy and the lady at the desk was rude. I have pictures to post. This place was nasty and the room Reeked of Cigarettes

Convienient and cheap. Friendly staff.

Thebparking lot was a little rough for my car but not anything that is worth a bad review.

The bed was good

Remote, phone, and door didn’t work. Needs some work in cleaning and repairs. Was assigned to two rooms that didn’t exist.

The room was nice, and clean. The bathroom was a great size.

They only offer Queen size beds. We were on the first floor and there was noise throughout the night of a heave door shutting, and heavy footsteps from the upper floor. I would not stay there again.

The size of the room and bathroom was a good size.

The customer service and some drunk guy beat on our door at 3am saying it was his room and the front desk just acted like nothing was wrong with it. And there was a old BK package under my mattress when we turned down the sheets it fell out. WOW!!
