Motel 6 Jeffersonville, IN - Louisville

Floors needed to be swept better. Was given key to an occupied room Tv remote controls were confusing. It should just be a simple remote, change channels. Change volume.

Did not like cleanliness, condition or customer service of this motel.

The only staff member was very friendly. Then, when he was off the clock. it switched to this AI kiosk...

The rooms (we had two) were unclean. There were BED BUGS and ROACHES. The sheets and towels had not been replaced. There were stains on everything. The rooms were freshly-smoked. Asked for new rooms. They were even worse.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the room was more clean than the room I stayed in at Caesar's in Elizabeth, IN.

The breakfast was TERRIBLE. The rates fluctuated far too much and I felt very taken advantage of and confused by the whole ordeal. The TV barely worked despite changing the remote batteries myself. The toilet became clogged multiple times.

The linen was so white and fluffy

The groundskeeper didn't empty the outside trash container only twice during my stay. The vending/ice machine area wasn't cleaned. The front desk was excellent, but no coffee. The website says no internet, there is internet.

the cheap price

The room was not clean. I had to mop the room and clean the shower and there were not many towels, I started out with one bath towel and two hand towels and when they came in, they took the hands towels and gave me one bath towel.

Location was #1.

No coffee maker, no tissues, no hair dryer, the TV would not turn off and had to be unplugged. As soon as you plugged it back in it came on automatically. No ice bucket to get ice, if there was even a place to get ice, no info given at desk.

They charged me an additional one hundred dollars security deposit. Outrageous, but I had to pay it because we needed a room.

This was the nasty place I've ever stayed and I always stay in cheap hotels!

Nothing. The room we stayed in was not cleaned well toothpaste was allo over the sink head. Hair in the sink on the counter. Hair in the the tub. Toilet was gross.

Price wasn't bad for the events going on around the area.

Got bit up by either bedbugs or fleas had to go buy my own spray & some towels were stained.

The tub was dirty. The towels provided were the size of hand towels. The staff was rude. The tv could only be operated by remote but the room had no remote.

There was no cover/blanket on the bed. There was noise all night long. The bed was too soft to the extend you had difficulty getting out if bed because you sank down in it.

I will never recommend motel 6 to anyone i will give bad recommendation to anyone that ask about th

I rented it for a friend when he got there they wanted 100 security deposit ..my receipt that i paid in full said when get to motel your balance is 0 . ..that wasnt the case ..they wouldnt let me pay over phone with my card the deposit if he had a cash app card i to send money to pay for it when we didnt have one he told my friend to get off the property. .my friend walked with his dog 5 mile in the freezing cold did get to stay ...the man stood out there a made sure he left and he and dog slept out in the freezing cold that night had nowhere to go..people are rude and dont care for other human beings . ..alot of people these days are down on there luck.. u people with money looks at them people like they beneath them ..we all are humans that have feel and hearts just ones with money there hearts are black .... God dont like ugly ...people just need to remember that..just saying

Everything, the staff was rude and disrespectful and the place wasn't very clean,there were roaches everywhere and the place smelled like dirty vagina and curry

This place has roaches and junkies walking around all night. Loud noise all threw out the night
