Clean, the rooms were a good size. Loved the layout of the bathroom. The toilet was separate from the shower and sink.

We were on the third floor and we could hear the people above us. The smoke alarm went off very early in the morning, it was a false alarm but very frightening.

Wonderfully clean, dust free and quiet.

Bedbugs, rude staff. Checked out after 5 minutes.

Pool wasn?t working and wasn?t told that at check in. I specifically booked this hotel for a pool

Nice big room, updated. Clean bathroom , nice sized pool. Close to everything. Friendly staff, big lobby great for a party or conference.

Didn't like the breakfast and tea/juice machines.

We couldn?t use our bathroom because the toilet was broken. We called numerous times and they said someone will be up to fix it. No one ever did. We had to go down from the 4th floor to the lobby to use the bathroom.

Location and price

The pillows on the bed are small and make it hard to sleep comfortably. If your gonna stay here take pillows with you.

The Best Western Plus Lousiville North was great! The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. 24 hour hot coffee was awesome. The room was excellent. It was spacious, very clean, and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and friendly. It's relatively new, so I was expecting it to be in good condition.

Technology! There were 2 TV's in the room and they kept freezing as I was channel surfing. And they froze during a movie as well. There were no USB Charging ports except the small alarm clock, but thar had no power cord attached so I couldn't even use it.

So clean, helpful staff, breakfast really good-overall everything promised was delivered!

Located not too far off the highway. Close to gas stations, Target 5 minutes away. Louisville Kentucky is right over the bridge.

The staff at check in time was not friendly at all and very short with us. We checked in on Saturday October 22 approximately at 4 pm.
