Was disappointed because my room was right next to the elevators, but the good news was that I didn?t hear anything. The pillows were excellent! Loved the room.

Location

I had to fly back to Virginia 1 day early due to a death in the family and I was not refunded my day. Also, the pool was closed the whole time I was there. Would've been nice to know this ahead of time.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was clean, modern and very acommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. The size of the room was spacious for two people. The kitchen was well stocked and organized.

We had to change rooms our first night there due to a large family with children that sounded like they were running sprints back and forth in the long length of the room. I complained and the staff was very helpful in finding us a quiet room for 2 nights

The hotel staff went above and beyond for us we had to check out early to go take a friend to surgery and the staff made sure our friends wife and ourselves had breakfast even though we were 15 minutes before breakfast was to be served.

I enjoyed the room having a full fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the living and sleeping space seperation

The bed was rock hard super uncomfortable but other than that the room was nice the place was nice

Impressive. It had everything we needed. Reading lights, comfy beds, ample space, good breakfast.

Pool and breakfast hours could be longer.

Full size fridge, comfortable bedding, dishwasher.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was exactly what I was expecting with the room and location.

What I like most about yhe hotel was the cleanliness. I always take cleaning supplies to any hotel that I go to but not much was needed. I enjoyed my stay.

Room wasn’t cleaned up bed wasn’t made key didn’t work hallways full of trash breakfast bad bagel 2 days old so all and all it was awful.

How it looked

A staff member followed me and my fiance to our car and stuck his whole body and head in our car it made everyone in the vehicle extremely uncomfortable and not safe.

Nice room with plenty of space and a kitchen.

We had no housekeeping service during our entire five days.

Clean and well lighted

The refrigerator started to make a loud noise.

Clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Pool was not open due to rain earlier that day messing with Ph levels.

Very clean and friendly staff beds were comfortable

The water pressure in the shower leaves a lot to be desired
