Location is excellent. The shower is awesome
This is usually my go to hotel. The last two times the carpet has been damp on the verge of wet. Also, I know this is a common practice but price gouging is really disgusting. Because the college kids are coming back prices skyrocket. Also the wifi wouldn’t connect.

5 minutes from IU campus. Very convenient for Orientation or any other event. Free parking.
First night was bad because the mattress was sinking to the middle. Door lock did not work. I talked to the front desk and mattress was fixed bur lock no. No wardrobe or safe in the room, something very standard in this hotel chain. Very disappointing. Breakfast options limited compared to others Hampton that I have been recently. Lot of movement of construction workers from a construction at the street in and out the hotel.

Large rooms with comfortable beds. Good wifi. Staff were kind.
The hotel was going thru' renovation, so the stay was disturbed. One lift was closed off and breakfast service was very hit and miss. The water was cut off for few hours in the morning, so we couldn't take a shower or wash our hands after being in the toilet, which was far away from acceptable. I don't know why they accepted any bookings! We were thankfully compensated for that but I would have gone somewhere else if I knew about the renovation. I wish the pool opened earlier than 10am.

Great Location. Lots of dinner choices in the area.
No, It was perfect for us. We left an Airbnb that we were not comfortable in and this was heavenly in comparison.
