Quality Inn Bloomington Near University

Honestly nothing it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Everything, it was dirty, the pool was down for maintenance which is one of the main reasons I booked a stay at this hotel, the breakfast didn’t have anything but bread & waffles 40 minutes before breakfast was even over. Would not recommend anyone.

The guy at the counter was nice.

The breakfest wasn't good, the room smelled weird and oh here's a good one.... There was BEDBUGS in my room!! I took one to the front desk and all he said was, "Sorry we spray on Sundays (this was a Thursday), we'll give you another room but no money back

Location, staff, this hotel is older needs a little updating... fir the price. It was fine.

The mattress in RM 315 needs to be changed, it has bend, it makes my back hurt all night

The location was awesome.

someone elses stuff was on the back porch (1st floor). The treadmill wasn't working. My daughter needs that to help alleviate her travel anxiety. Being sent out of the way to another hotel fitness centerno matter the distance is NOT an option.

The staff are great! Hotel employee was especially lovely and really made us feel welcome.

This hotel needs an update. Our room had plumbing issues, crumbling drywall, and a fridge that needs to be replaced.

Rooms bein dirty and me staying quiet about it

Hotel employee at the front desk is amazing. Breakfast bar was ok. Hot tub was super hot. Bed and pillows were comfy. Pretty view in back.

The room next to us had 2 loud, misbehaving children. It sounded like they were in my room. I could clearly hear mother sushing them. Pool and hot tub need good scrubbing. No towels in pool area. Stairs near pool need vacuumed.

We got a clean updated ground floor room at a good price.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast area was stocked appropriately and sufficient. We felt safe and the beds were comfortable.

The re-entry to the highway is one way only with no u-turns for several blocks if you are headed into Bloomington.

Our room was spacious enough, bed and pillows were comfy. Room decors seemed recently updated. Breakfast was ok. Location was 15 mins drive to every where in town. I¿ll stay here again if room rate is decent enough.

Dislikes were bathroom and tiny sink countertop. The bush near street in front of hotel needs some maintenance to open up the front view of the hotel.

The staff r wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Also the have one of the best managers there she is is very understanding and does a wonderful job keeping that place beyond the best place to stay in bloomington. I highly suggest Quailty Inn.

Nope it was perfect

Loved the comfy king size bed and super fluffy pillows.

Have to climb stairs if you're on the second floor as there's no elevator. Lots of working men staying there that just didn't care if they let their room doors slam as they entered and exited.

There was no elevator. It becomes difficult hauling suitcases (especially at this place, the steps were very steep and number of them). We were put on the second floor -- that did not help. TV did not work and had to call maintenance twice.

The first room I put in the sliding glass door to the outside did not lock, and the screen going out to the deck was ripped. , I asked to be moved to another room.The second room I was put in the bathroom light over the mirror did not work. trouble w/ TV

Not clean at all, flat out nasty in some places Pool was a no go even though it was online there was one don¿t know if it was being worked on or what but if people can¿t swim switch it
