Pros +

Clean and comfortable, with easy access and a fairly quiet setting. I heat in the room was sufficient for cold and rainy days. and the hot water in the bathroom was sufficient for a good shower.
Nothing!!!
The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and nicely decorated.

Cons -

Worst chair in my 48 years of business travel.....no desk!!! Oh and BTW, I wouldn't put that crappy wooden chair in my fireplace......must have been a reject from a truck stop. TP, was the worst in all my world wide travels.....Indonesia did it better!
There was no breakfast, even though their website states that breakfast is included. This is false advertising.
No breakfast or coffee. No one to check us out Lobby was closed.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast. This is by far the best hotel in the area.

10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-20-2016

The staff was amazing. We didn't get in until 3 am and the staff had everything waiting in the night security box. The staff always did little things to make the stay better.

9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-8-2016

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms, free movies and board games available - overall good experience.

Beds could be more comfortable...

We enjoyed the clean rooms, the comfortable bed and the excellent location in Berne.

The "free" breakfast, not unlike most hotels, was as expected for the price.

Pleasant staff, clean facility, comfortable bed - overall good experience.

No complaints

Clean, comfortable, nicely appointed.

Could have used office chair instead of straight-back chair at computer desk; also more electrical outlets. Alarm clock woke us up at 4:30 am; couldn't get back to sleep. Couldn't reset; unplugged. Breakfast mediocre.

Clean room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff.

The in room refrigerator needed cleaned up a bit.

It was affordable and very clean!

It would be nice if they had a pool, but understand why they don't.
