It was still under renovation and was a mess. It had no functional backup power and we were without power and water Friday night. No refund

Bathroom shower and sink didn't drain. Bathroom light didn't work. Bathroom filthy.

First room door lock did not work. Second room TV did not work. Shower was dirty full of hair,drain did not work,6"of water in tub after 1 shower. Black hairs in the sheets. Sleeped on top of comforter. Mold on ac unit

Yes! My couch and pull out bed were full of mold, bugs and the mattress was covered in layers of water marks! They were yellow and brown.

This hotel was totally dated and tired! The only reason I couldn?t rate it lower than a one is because one was low lowest.

We had to change rooms because the valance had fallen off the wall of the first room, light did?t work, room was dirty. They placed us in another room They were happy to relocate us, which was nice.

It was the dirtiest Ramada hotel I have ever been to. The bathroom"s sink,mirror, bathtub, and shower curtains were not clean. There was hair from previous guests in the sink, vanity, and bathtub. They sent me to 3 rooms all just as bad.

Room was freezing cold as it was 7 degrees outside.. Room me we got really warm before we left at 9am

I was charged twice by them , then was then was charged twice for deposit which has not been refunded yet

Location was perfect for our needs.

No hot water at bathroom sink. No one at front desk for checkout in morning.

The linens and pillows were very nice.

The room was dirty. All the walls had stuff on them, bathroom mirror was dirty.

Everything was closed....pools, jacuzzi, RESTAURANT AND BAR !!! We were going this location FOR the amenities!° NO DISCOUNTS AT ALL!!

Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Especially hotel employee who worked the breakfast area.

Cleanliness in pool was disgusting, couldn't even go in it.

The hotel advertised a swimming pool and it was not heated broke that is why we got this hotel the grandkids were so disappointed

I called ahead to make sure there was a pool for my daughter. Yes there was a pool. The pool area was disgusting. Paint coming off pool bottom. Ice cold. Couldn't even use it. Entire motel smelled of pot smoke.

The room across the hall from us was CONDEMNED- it was sealed off by police because someone was making meth in the room. Our room had spiders and both my husband and I have bites. I have photo evidence of all of this. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The floors were all stained with urine and feces from animals throughout the whole hotel. The pool was in bad shape and was not able to use it. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Bedbugs.
