Location and price

The strict policy of name matching the person that checks in. After a snow, no one salted I fell and was told the trucks would be there at10, it was few minutes til.

The gal at checkin on Christmas Eve was not too kind & caused me unnecessary drama Christmas Day.

Clean and offer a variety of hot food and coffee and tea all day soaps shampoos

Fridge wasn?t cooling

The cleanliness of the hotel room and the breakfast waffles were excellent. Top tier, we didn't have time to experience the pool, but I am sure my kids would've loved to experience it. Thank you, Hampton Hotel!

I love the fact that they kept ice water and lemon water available at anytime in the lobby. Parking was easy and hotel was quiet. Also, they kept the breakfast area clean and stocked.

The hotel was clean And beautiful.

The front desk staff was less than cooperative while trying to book A wedding block. Every guest that booked a room had to hassle for the guaranteed price. We were not given what promised and the bride was charged for 2 rooms.

Stayed 2 nights, clean towels and trash removal had to be requested. Breakfast was nasty. Eggs were gritty and the bacon was so thin you could see through it and tasted like greasy cardboard. Let's not discuss the fire alarm before caused by breakfa

I was only supposed to pay ---. I had to pay --- and they lied to me about receiving a credit for the difference

Hair stuck to wall of shower and when we arrived¿ there was no one at the counter to check us in. We waited a very long time just to have someone finally arrived to check us in.

Pool open till 11 pm. Whirlpool in the suite. Clean and comfortable, also very welcoming.

Drain in whirlpool tub , in suite, was stuck and couldn't drain water to use again.

Room size and location was good

A dirty towel was folded with the clean ones in the bathroom and the bathroom trash can had used feminine products. I was so tired that I just ignored it.

Vending machine did not work - tried getting a water and then a tea but it only gave me mountain dew

Great room! Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was awesome for being included in the hotel room rate. Thank you for a great stay!

Friendly staff. They promptly provided Kleenex as I was standing there when it ran out.

For a king or queen size bed, you should have full size pillows, not couch throw pillows. Maybe even a variety of sizes.

The proximity to where we were going was perfect.

The pool was green, which was our main reason for choosing a Hampton Inn. We have stayed at plenty of Hampton Inns and this by far was the most disappointing.

The staff was amazing, great smiles always and outstanding customer service. Hotel employee in the breakfast area was a super-star! We could not have been happier! Great Job team!

Lady who checkd us in was rude.She told us we wd get kicked out shd any one complain of noise from us, when she told a lady b4 us only to report of noise. I questioned,she apologized, and decided the room we booked was unavailable.Manager gave us our room

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The room wasn't very clean. The floors made my socks black when walking around it. The shower and sink had hairs in it.
