- Everything was awesome!! Nicer than some 4 star hotels I?ve stayed in.?
- Very nice room. Full kitchen with everything you need, from silverware to a laundry basket.
- The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff told me how to get around the city. This was my first trip to Chicago. My flight was delayed and the staff allowed me to check out a little later. The experience was awazing.
Cons -
- If I had to nit pick, the $5 daily parking fee, but still not that big of a deal. Would have been awesome if there was a pool, but I knew there wasn?t a pool when It booked, so I can?t hold that against them!
- The room had worn old and dirty furniture. We needed to cover the couch with a blanket to sit on it. Black soot cam flying out of the heater/air conditioner every day we were there.
- They want to change $25 just to park in their parking lot? They hold $100 for 7-10 days (for a 2.5 star hotel?) ? The staff mumbled, rambled, and refuse to bring me an extra towel.
