Pros +
- The lobby looks to be newly renovated so it seems like the rooms would be nice; but they are outdated and questionably clean. The manager when we checked in "upgraded" us to a king suite and there was a microwave and fridge in the room which was nice.
- Customer service was exceptional! Great customer service!!

Cons -
- Room was dirty with hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. Cigarette butts outside the room and the room smelled like cigarette smoke (we don't smoke). There was trash in the landscaping and on the grounds.
- The beds were filthy dirty
- I didn?t like that housekeeping comes once a week. You have to set your trash in the hallway. You also have to ask for clean towels and for your bed to be made. The hallway and the rest of the establishment stayed clean always. The hotel itself is nice!
