An affordable option for Mom's weekend. Good location.

The hotel is dated and smells of smoke.

The room was clean and functional.

The sink drain gurgled every time water went down the drain. When I used the stopper it would not release.

As long as it is the cheapest inn near the university for stay, I have nothing to complain about.

Wife speed is poor

The hotel is old and outdated. The room was reasonably clean but you can tell there hasn¿t been any maintenance done for years. For the price we paid it was very disappointing we will never stay there again!!!

It could be of better inside face-liftwith bright carpets, especially in a college town like Urbana-Champaign.

Actually there was not one thing I liked. It had an odor that was repulsive.

This hotel was very old and gross! Nothing in the reviews stated any of these observations. I didn¿t sleep a wink. I didn¿t stay the second night. There were bugs on the sheets of three different kinds. So grossed out! I was itching for days!

The best part about the hotel is that it's close to University of Illinois college.

The room was dirty toilet was filthy the manager is rude and possible racist upon checking out there was a couple of a different race he gave them their deposit back without checking their room but sent housekeeping to check my room before returning mine

Person at the front desk was rude. Asking for a deposit that was double what the cost was and no deposit was mention at the time of booking. Never stayed. Just left.

The location near the University was good.

The location near the hospital was not good. Lots of sirens and helicopters throughout the night. Only 2 small pillows for a king size bed. Hallway smelled like Marijuana (not sure that is their fault as the sign posted says not to do that). Expensive.

It's location, ,easy access to everything. The staff was super friendly. It's an older hotel but there's not alot ofntraffic and its very quiet at night.

It suited at short notice.

The water in the shower was FREEZING. Basically made it impossible to shower. Also, I didn't like checking in outside. There was a whole lobby guests could have been welcomed into out of the cold.

The location to campus was great. Plenty of parking and while the hotel is dated- it was pretty clean and safe.

Nope- it¿s a cheap spot to flip for the night. Not a family vacation destination

The price considering hotels around the area were price gouging due to the graduations that were happening.

Hallways smelled like smoke. The furniture is dated. Room was dark, depressing.

Friendly staff, no bugs or mice, no smell, excellent location, new toilet and bathroom counter, functional kitchenette.

Room was comparably clean, but extremely rundown. It needed a lot of new amenities: new stove, kitchen sink, shower stall, etc. Most of them have to be 30 years old! Also, room could've use new curtains, updated carpet, and clean blankets (!!).

If anything it would just ne their continental breakfast was just muffins & banana. More options would be nice since it does state that as an amenity

The toilet was not clean enough. Also, they made us pay $5 for our child even though I said there would be 2 adults and 1 child in the room
