Hampton Inn Champaign/Urbana

The breakfast and it's location.

I didn't like that I didn't get a refrigerator or microwave in our room. Also the carpet felt tacky when barefoot.

Very clean. Good shower and lots of towels in my room. Lots of families staying here. Zero riff-raff.

Nice safe clean place to stay

Noisy. The cleaning crews in the morning were very load knockers! Even if it wasn¿t for my room I could hear them going up and down the hallway

Clean. Good breakfast. Easy in and out. Night staff was good.

Road noise. A bit run down.

It was easy to get to from the Amtrak station. The desk clerk was polite, professional and informative about the area. The hotel was very clean as well as relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and hated that I had to go back home!

It was clean and comfortable and the thermostat worked perfectly.

The bathroom fan either didn¿t work or ventilated at a very slow speed.

The staff were great and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but my 13 year old slept fine. Your fitness center is terrible. It would have been nice to have had some dumbbells and a bench in the least.

Very professional and personable check-in, clean and comfortable room, easy access parking, conveniently located, fabulous breakfast with very tentative staff. One in Champaign-Urbana this is our first choice.

The staff could have been more strict on the mask mandate, a lg group of students in lobby without masks. A housekeeper getting on our elavator without mask up.

Everything,,, location was close to my aunt¿s; rooms were nice, food was great and staff was great!

The bathrooms were very roomy for my wife who¿s in a wheelchair

The location was a bit busy. Usually Hampton¿s are out away from the noise but this one not so much. I would still go back though.

It is within walking distance of a good place to get a good breakfast. Location is accessible.

The hotel breakfast is bad. Would prefer daily room cleaning without having to request 24 hr in advance.

I loved the location, being that it¿s next to a restaurant. I also enjoyed the pool area, as well.

I didn¿t like the fact of them allowing dogs inside the hotel, I¿m allergic to dogs and afraid of big dogs which there was one in the hotel, that I avoided at all cause!

Location to campus excellent

The listing said it was pet friendly. Upon check out we told there would be a $56.50 service fee for our dog. We could have put the dog in a kennel for much less. Felt like it was a bait and switch. The dog fee was 50% upsell.

Was not given the room I purchased and the rooms need an update. The front desk staff were practical and a bit apathetic.

Rooms are very outdated dark and small Staff was very unfriendly and rude

Their covid breakfast was horrible, as I normally stay at Hyatt and their breakfast during covid is excellent

PRICE!! $--- A NIGHT was fabulous! Location was perfect as we searched local area for a long term apartment to rent. D

Due to Vovid 19, no free breakfast as adveryised; also, no linen change or daily room cleaning until we vacated.

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices including hot food items.

The location is convenient for the university and hospital, but since we did not need those, it was slightly out of the way for us. But it was well worth the few extra minutes to get there.
