Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

The cleanliness and fragrant smell as you're entering the lobby.

No microwave.

This was an amazing building and room. The comforter and pillows were so lush and comfortable. There was a TV in the mirror of the bathroom! The decor was unique but everything felt premium. Staff around the hotel were so friendly and helpful.

We checked in very late. The check-in was great but the bar/restaurants were all closed after midnight. :)

A gorgeous lobby and they have recently renovated rooms with signature touches of Renaissance I have grown to love. The bedding is always amazing.

I liked the location and the amenities. We only stayed a night so didn?t get to take advantage.

Bogus valet parking charges I didn?t use.

Nice atmosphere and had a good esthetic. There were a couple of celebrations going on making the hotel super busy but I didn't mind, it was nice to see people having a good time.

The conditioner was watered down, or only water, as the consistency was VERY runny and the color was clearer than it should be for that kind. Actually, I was quite disappointed in that. Not a good place for the coffee maker.

Clean! It was so clean ¿¿ everything was extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Location to ikea was great and they offer a trolley.

Location wish it was closer to the city as it's so much traffic.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The hot was so clean, common and room areas. Definitely will stay again!

If you are staying there for anything going on at the convention center, it is very nice to walk down the hall.

The only two things I did not like was the pool could have been warmer, and at 5:30 in the morning there is no place in the hotel to get coffee

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The check in process was smooth.

The bathroom needed a bit of work. The mattress was uncomfortable. The pool water was cold and no one turned on the lights for us as it was getting dark outside. The "convenience store" closed early, which wasn't ideal when traveling with children.

Only the tiniest issue: I requested a foam pillow and it took a few hours to be delivered to my room.

I got a nice room on a high floor, it was a nice day and got to watch a really nice sunset. The lobby is awesome.

The rude front desk staff can be infuriating. No matter what you ask them the answer is a harsh no, followed by akward silence. It seems like they are trained to do this, because they're all rude. Hard not to take it personally.

not enough amenities in the hospital ice machine didn't work on my floor kept having to go downstairs for ice. had to go to the front desk yo get towels your diffidently paying for the beauty of the hotel i could have stayed at the holiday inn or Hayatpla

Charged me more n now they r not answering phone calls or reply to emails

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Lobby areas kept very clean and are beautiful. Even with a wedding going on the hotel was very quiet. Very close to lots of great shopping and food.

I enjoyed how it felt like the hotel was really catering to us! The room had everything needed and more. It was a very nice hotel and I would definitely book it again.

There was no microwave in the room and the pool hours were kind of early. Also having to check out an hour earlier than other hotels but check in was later.
