Cons -
- Doesn?t allow cats, but not a deal breaker
- when you wanted ice you had to go to the front desk and they have to let you into a room, watch you get your ice. They did not have ice buckets or trays for the freezer. When I booked the hotel I was told they had a hot tub and it turns out they dont.
- Wasn't informed at check-in that maid service had to be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Had to request towels and other items each day at desk. No direct dial number for the front desk. Breakfast buffet was very skimpy with limited options and no meats.
