My room was dirty, they let a pitbull in, and it tried to attack my granddaughter. I was told I was put on a floor with no pets, but then they proceeded to put the pitbull next-door to us. It should’ve never been allowed in!!! Terrible management.

My room was next to the breakfast area, so I was awakened by the smell of fried potatoes. Not the worst way to wake up, but still disturbed my sleep a bit.

We love the room layout and the spacious bathroom. It’s great to have a large vanity top.

Very minor: the drain in the bathroom sink was slow, plus the sink ironaically would not hold water when the stopper was down. But I told the front desk when I checked out, and they said they would have maintenance check it.

We had staff walk into our room unannounced twice while we were in our room. As a woman traveling with our daughters, it was very upsetting and uncomfortable to have unknown men letting themselves into our room.

The staff were amazing!!!! Super great to my kids and overall extremely accommodating.

There is no hot tub and the pool is a little small and the water was a little cold.

I love the way that we had complementary breakfast. Compared to all the other breakfast I had before in hotels, this was amazing!

Was not able to get my iPad logged in, but it may have been something with my iPad (although it worked every other place I went). I had a brief, but unsuccessful, visit with staff about it.

Staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was really good ( there was a nice variety of hot and cold items).

The pool was kind of small and cold.

The people in the room above us were incredibly loud from the time we arrived up until we left. We did not get any sleep. We informed the hotel staff and they did nothing. It was not very clean, our room phone did not work and breakfast was garbage.

The breakfast was served at 6 am on Sunday which allowed our granddaughter to eat before her volleyball match.

When I made my reservation, I checked photos of room because I wanted a sofa in the room to sit on. I hate having only a desk chair and beds to sit on when I will be in room for a while. Receptionist said their location only had sofa in king room.
