- Pool and hot tub were open and operational

- Location was great, with easy access to Arlington Heights, Palatine and Downers Grove where we had family events.
Cons -
- When booking the room online I requested a king size bed and paid extra for that. However, when I got to the hotel they gave me a room with two beds and told me there were no king size rooms available and they couldn't move me
- Breakfast was rather expensive .
- The staff seemed grumpy.. Their responses to questions were very brusque. Lack of eye contact when speaking. property definitely has some miles on it. We stayed at the full service hotel instead of a Courtyard for the "better" experience. Not sure it was better. Mattress was not comfortable.
