The bed was comfortable and the staff very nice
Staff was excellent. Polite, pleasant!
The customer service was very good.

Cons -

When we walked in, it smelled old and stale. The room was very outdated and smelled bad. If we were not so tired, we would have asked for a different room.
Rate for this room is too high!
The hotel was old and the mattresses were very old. No complementary breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and the staff very nice

When we walked in, it smelled old and stale. The room was very outdated and smelled bad. If we were not so tired, we would have asked for a different room.

It was a very nice stay. The room was clean and well-maintained and the staff was very nice.

No, everything was fine. The area around the hotel could be better, with the construction along the entranceway and the closed restaurant across from the hotel, but that is out of your control.
