The hotels always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anna does an AWESOME JOB!!

Scary location abandoned buildings and weird people hanging in the parking lot rooms were dirty and had hair on the bed and food on The floor. Torn sheets. Had to ask for another room.

Perfect location for what we needed; decent price; great breakfast offerings (and good coffee!)

Minor issue, but should be taken care of: some peeling paint in the bathroom above the shower. Cosmetic, but not ideal. One elevator worked fine, until it didn't work. A bit inconvenient; but wondering why this was not working. Not a deal breaker .

Room size was ok

Needs an update. Needs higher cleaning standards. Located next to dilapidated old hotel.

Cleaning staff loudly knocking on every door at 8:00am. Not a care if occupied or not. Not just my door, but every single door on the floor. Could have gotten better sleep in my car.

Friendly desk staff

House keeping did not leave ice bucket. It took 30 minutes for desk to locate one, then ice is only available on the 5th floor!!!

No working fridge and the outlet trips when connecting coffee maker. No additional linen and it takes 2 hrs for room service. People shouting in the corridor throughout the night. Overall a pathetic place.

It was perfect - clean - staff was attentive and nice. Very comfortable stay.

Noisy guests above me the smell of marijuana i in the hallway. Rude front desk people that called the cops on me cause I slid a note asking the people above me to please be quite so I was asked to leave. Even the police were on my side.

Great location to exploreS the areas of Schaumburg and Elk Grove Village, clean and comfortable room and beds, hot breakfast is also delicious.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good.

The hallways and elevator weren't very clean, but everything else was good.

The room was horrible with wet spots and molding and broken curtains and stains in the sink. The front desk literally told us if you don¿t like it then you can cancel - where were we going to go at 11:00pm¿

The room was very spacious and relaxing. The hot buffet style breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had.

The outside side doors didnt lock. The pool was outside. Outside pools are nice. If weather permits. When we visited we could not use the pool due to cooler outside Temps. It would of been nice to enjoy an indoor pool with my younger children.

The best thing about the hotel was the lagoon and the room service. The staff was very friendly n willing to help with anything at any time with no attitude. The location to the hotel was great. No too far from near by attractions n Chicagoland area.

Lobby was remodeled, Bed was comfortable

Rooms smelled like chemicals, older carpets needed swept. Not up to the standard of most Holiday inn express's. Will not stay here again

The staff was friendly. Location was convenient for why I was in town.

The beds were surprisingly uncomfortable. Not what I¿m used to from Holiday Inn. They were also incredibly small, maybe this is normal, maybe I¿ve never booked a double bed room before. There was only one very tiny trash in the bathroom.

We chose this hotel because it¿s only few mins from the restaurant where we had party ( it was my birthday). We stayed here before couple times and never had any issues!

Old stinky room! Tissues hanging out from vent in a bathroom! We¿re told at check in that we cannot get the room we requested.. very upset about experience

We stayed at 5th floor, there was a constant smell of Chinese food, no matter if it¿s early in the morning or late in the night ¿ Elevators were dirty, walls needed some paint, our balcony had stuff from prior guests, ¿ the cleanliness wasn¿t good

Hotel dirty no housekeeping I even got a rash Thier was a cockroach requesting a full refund
