Hampton Inn Pontiac

The staff is so sweet. My father in law has dementia and they are so understanding with him.

No there isn't, but if i had to say something it would be that there aren't many hot breakfast choices.

My room was clean

Outlet in the bathroom did not work and my key did not work most of my time

Clean, well lit, good breakfast. Welcoming desk clerk.

Didn?t get clean towels everyday.

How spacious the room was

The room was right next to the workout room and someone kept dropping the weights til 11:30pm that was my only negative thing

Great customer service, clean room, they had breakfast daily

We liked how clean it was. The elevators needed a bit cleaning, but nothing too awful. We made another reservation to stay there again on our return trip home. We were satisfied with the items they had fo reakfast.

No hot tub

well lite outside and close to interstate but no interstate noise was heard

Very clean room, exactly what I'd expect from a Hampton Inn.

Nothing. I was frustrated I didn't have enough time to try the pool or gym.

Clean, safe and comfortable. I also appreciate the bar soap in a paper box rather than plastic. We have to stop using plastic.

Need a recycle can¿. perhaps there wasn¿t one because Illinois doesn¿t recycle?

The pool was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The flag pole was noisy. The tv reception froze several times. The bathroom door does not offer privacy.

It is located in Pontiac, Illinois, where most of my family and friends reside. We always choose Hampton Inn when available because of the consistent quality.

Everyone and everything was great!

Perfect hotel to break up a long driving trip. Easy access from the highway. Good hot breakfast, staff was friendly. Pool was warm and relaxing.

I liked everything. Great location. My room was near the parking. This was a great hotel. Ample size, well designed, attractive, clean, & probably the smartest design of any hotel. The snack bar was very well stocked & inviting, Loved my stay.

Location, good restaurants in area, car wash near by to wash my classic car before big car show in area. The free breakfast in the morning was to die for especially sausage ,potatoes and eggs

The only thing that me and my kids did not like was that there was no microwave in the room and no clock anywhere around the pool area

Convenience to what was needed

My room I was here in my tub found a dirty towel by the bed. It was not clean.

I loved the location and that it was by a large convenience store.
