Quality Inn Pontiac

Newly refurbished, room was quiet and clean.

The breakfast selections were light, we decided to eat elsewhere.

There was mold on the lamp shades, the room smelled funny, there were sticks on the floor, and the toilet kept getting clogged.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Stained sheets but clean. Ripped curtains, ice machine build up on exterior metal with calcium on right side. Ripped comforter.

Had to clean the filter on the air conditioner/heater. Breakfast was second class.

The check in was smooth

The easy chair, ataman and desk chair needed to be cleaned.

My biggest complaint was the smell of cigarettes in my room. I did not say anything

Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast was really great and saved us a ton on going out to eat! We had biscuits and gravy with eggs one day and another day was scrambled eggs and sausage and always cereal, muffins, toast, waffles, juice.

I didn't like there was no pool or anything to keep children entertained or hot tub for adults. The hotel next door did, but it was not worth the extra $$ for a pool as their hot tub was not working. Rooms clean, but TV and pillows were TINY, but comfy

Quiet, great breakfast, comfortable bed and wonderful sheets. Good value at a good price! Plenty of hot water.

This hotel needs a severe deep clean! Walking down the halls you can see the edges have not been cleaned in a long time. We had mold around the sprinkler I'm our room. Between mattress and wall is apparently the garbage can. GROSS!

The bed & pillows were very comfortable! I got a great night's sleep. The heat and shower worked perfectly! I'm not am early riser but there were still breakfast options available after serving time: fresh fruit, oatmeal, muffins, danish & tea and cof

The hallway smelled like smoke. Thankfully the room was fine.

The bed was super comfortable! And the shower had the right pressure!

There were some chips left on the stairs that never got vaccuumed up. LOL

Location, early check-in, room was on first floor and close to where we parked. bed was comfortable.

Coffee was weak. No decaf coffee option. Guests next door to us.

room toilet blocked, and employee toilet i was directed to use was even worse; some staff (not all) unhelpful parking lot not plowed and very very slippery

The manager/concierge, was very polite and helpful and our room was neet and clean.

The key cards didn't work most of the time, the options for breakfast were meager and skimpy, the the cheese omelets are the worst ever!not enough towles and there so tiny and thin. The air conditioner had a loud vibrating noise. Needs to be fixed!

I went to sit in desk chair and It tipped over on me.both arms were broke. I am disabled so this was not a good thing.
