Hampton Inn & Suites Peru

Hotel has been updated recently but some things have been over looked. The front desk staff was very nice.

The bed was HORRIBLE! Pillows were super flat! The tile in the bathroom and entry are black and need to be cleaned badly!

Beds are comfortable, a/c is quiet

Front desk clerk was not friendly and had no identification showing that he was an employee.

Toilet would not flush because chain on flapper was too long; I fixed it.

The hotel was very nice and rooms had refrigerator and microwave. Very clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked very good.

The location was amazing and made it easy to get everywhere I needed to go. I love that water was complimentary and you could get coffee any time of the day.

There was flooding in the fields around the hotel, which caused there to be ants in our room. We had to be super careful with food and trash.

Breakfast was really great! Room was clean and bed was comfy. Parking was great! Check in was a breeze Great Mexican Restaurant next door, Jalapenos. Great food, friendly staff, big beers! ya won't leave hungry.

Next to the Interstate and between the truck traffic and heater fan blowing it was noisy until I put in my earplugs.

Hotel was very clean with a comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Front desk staff were professional and friendly.

I had 3 room changes due to cleanliness issues, broken refrigerator and room did not lock¿.

Convenient to the highway. The breakfast was good.

The mattress was very worn and sagging. The bedding should be replaced, it is tired and threadbare.

Location close to the highway was good. We had a room on the same side as the highway but noise was not a problem as some reviewers have noted. But if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the quiet side.

Upon arrival one person working front desk. Very bad attitude. Said no quiet side rooms available as hotel is sold out. Complete lie: hotel was not full. Room was OK though. Breakfast was OK too but did see employees handling food without gloves on.

the checkin was great, employee was very nice. gave us recommendation for the restaurant next door the Jalepeno. It was very good and reasonably priced. Thanks!!!

The room that was reserved for me was facing the Interstate. All night you heard the loud noises of trucks breaking and it was very loud

Location worked for our trip.

Woman at the front desk. Acted like she couldn't do anything because of alleged hotel policy. Wanted too pay a portion of the bill with a Verizon virtual credit card 300 but she couldn't do that transaction. Items from the previous guests found.

The beds are SOOOO comfy! And everything is very clean!

The pool has been shut down for too long! We've been there before (my son/grandson lives in the area), so we know the pool has been down for months.

Comfortable Bed

Pool and hot tub weren't open, and the breakfast was only grab and go, so had to buy breakfast in addition to the high cost of room.

The location is great. It is in the middle of all the towns we wanted to see and excursions we had planned.

Our room was marked sanitized, but still had a dirty bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the bathroom floor was dirty and the the room itself was dusty on the lamps and tech devices.

During Covid we ordered delivery and take out and all the major restaurants were within a stone's throw. Very convenient

The toilet didn't flush properly, we had to open the tank and pull the chain manually
