Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa by IHG

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed with myself and my two young kids, and everyone was very friendly, helpful and inviting. The front desk even let me children have a piece of candy at check in for free - such a nice touch!

Location best!! Breakfast was very good. Staff, extremely considerate and helpful.

Was not told it was a handicap room. Only that it was a nice, large room. Shower curtain wasn’t efficient enough to keep water from spilling out on floor. There were limited towels…only 2 sets for a room with 2 queens. Had to use ours to soak up water.

We had a 2 bed queens I just thought the one bed next to the bathroom was too close to the wall

Location and free breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Broken pancake machine and orange juice machine at breakfast. Was unable to reach staff when calling from my room and had to go to the front desk.

It's like a brand new property and is very clean and well appointed.

They could use more luggage carts. All of them had vanished by 7am.

Bedbug on the bed. I took pics and showed staff. They were very responsive and respectful. However, the manager messaged me after and said they had an exterminator come in who found a bug but not a bedbug. The pic is clearly a bedbug.

Clean & organized hotel. Professional and friendly staff, esp the evening front desk rep.

It could have used a touch more cleaning, wiping down all doors and leaving extra toliet paper. Thats all.

Clean, modern hotel with easy access to Interstate 80. Check-in staff were friendly and efficient. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast choices. Restaurants and grocery nearby.

This was amazing. I chose this hotel randomly and it more than exceeded my expectations. Super clean, incredibly nice staff, and there¿s tons of things around the hotel. Highly recommend!

Very nice clean and inviting. We stayed the night here after spending the day hiking at starved rock State Park. It was nice coming back to a nice clean, comfortable room.
