Clean and quiet.

Room beside me loud but i think they were having fun so didn?t complain

The proximity to the tournament we were in

Rooms very small. Beds VERY uncomfortable. Too stiff on mattress. Bathroom very small. Breakfast not included and WAYYY too pricey for selection and food quality.

Clean, nicely appointed, courteous and helpful staff.

No, it will be my go-to for next Chicago visit.

Parking was good, staff that i interacted with was friendly and professional.

A little difficult to find. We passed it twice, even with the GPS directions.

The hotel is nestled off busy roads in a very green spot by the river. We had a dog with us, so we appreciated access to walking trails.

There were some partiers who made noise in the hallway on Friday and Saturday nights, which was mostly fine. Temperature control in the rooms did not work, so it was perpetually 75--which again was mostly fine. Finally, the hot tub was too hot to use.

Staff at check in was not very friendly! She treated us poorly, in my opinion because we did not book through them directly! Bathroom was outdated, low stool not good for seniors. Only a shower head, with no hand held wash wand.

Towels could have been more plush,hot tub not really hot and jets shot upwards and not as much in the water creating facial splashes

The hotel location and hallways are nice. It needed vacuum in one area yet the decor is nice. Hotel rooms are very outdated.

Our room had a roach in it which was surprisingly. I called the front desk and the lady said she was sending the engineer. I no longer wanted to stay there yet I called back and she switched our room. The rooms need updating and to be cleaned thoroughly.

Smoking areas too close to entry doors. Trash and litter on grounds detracts from high quality of hotel.

Quiet location with easy access to highway within 5 minutes.

We arrived in the evening and left in the early morning so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities.

Hotel facilities are good, location is okay,the room was big and confortable, the room and the hotel was clean and everything looks new specially the carpets.

No complimentary water, bathroom is rather small,can't mirror my mobile to the TV. No hair dryer.

Was disappointed when I asked for fresh towels and bed to be made and it wasnt after coming back from a long day to see no towels and the bed not made sorry it is a simple request and something that should be standard I think hotels are taking advantage

Yes I find hotels are taking advantage of not cleaning rooms and giving fresh towels and making beds something that should be standard enough of COVID and get back to what we our paying for

Was close to everything had to book last minute due to the snow storm! Right by the shopping mall which was amazing

Close to the airport and conveniently located near our son¿s house.

There was no signage on the building so we had difficulty finding the place. The receptionist told us that the sign was knocked over by a truck. We asked when this happened and were told ¿before Covid ¿. Really???!!!??? Nearly 2 years to replace a sign??

The staff were very friendly. The room appeared to be clean The bed was very comfortable

Who ever did the cleaning of room did not check the refrigerator, there was food left in refrigerator in a to go box.

The room was clean.

The hotel decor upstairs was very dated. I felt like I was asking back into the 80¿s when I got off the elevator. The bathroom was very small and I didn¿t under the reason why the sink/40 year old fridge/coffeemaker room was all combined.

It was kind of dingy and seemed like most of the updates went to the lobby. Could definitely tell it was old.

So when we got there. It was not stated that there will be a deposit. What if I got there & all I had was the money for the room. Then we got locked out because all I had was the money on the card for the room no extra. It was a difficult experience.

I like the location and the front desk people are cordial

I stayed there the weekend of August 23-27. That was my second time staying at the hotel. I had a housekeeper woman come banging on my door at 10:30pm with towels that I requested on Saturday morning before leaving the hotel.
