- It was clean
- Front desk personnel was friendly and welcoming
- Clean, quiet, easy access to freeway, 5 min walk to several restaurants. TV had over 100 channels. Microwave and refrigerator. Lots of room to park vehicles with trailers.
Cons -
- Reserved double room, received single. Mattress did all over the platform it was on top of, room in need of some repair
- No breakfast anything offered, just coffee. Refrigerator freezer compartment didn't freeze blue ice packs. No amenities except bar soap. Internet was acceptable. Property is hidden behind another hotel. Initial access was confusing.
- Staff not accommodating and canceled our reservation without us knowing it after we had a confirmation number. We lost our discount and the desired room
