- The staff is exceptional. Very kind and helpful, at the front desk. The morning breakfast is not bad. It's not a made to order restaurant but everythign is fresh, hot and abundant.
- It's clean and very conveniently close to I80. Fairly new build so it's all updated.
- Ice cold AC and a comfortable bed
Cons -
- Yes there is..........We stay at this hotel very often. They never come and clean our room!!!!!!!!! This is the 3rd time this has happened to us now. The housekeeping is terrible! Not in terms of the cleanliness of our room it's getting them there.
- Our bed did not face the TV which was awkward. We tried to enter the back door 4 times and twice we had to get back in the car and drive around to the front because our key wouldn't unlock the door. More of a personal safety issue than an inconvenience.
- Bed was hard and squeaked.
