- Staff was helpful and friendly
- Our room was very clean and large. We had a double queen room. Plenty of towels, shampoo, lotion, etc. We used the pool and hot tub. Hot tub could use some defoamer but it was nice. The pool was perfect temperature for us. There were towels available in the pool area, too. The desk clerk was very friendly and informative. We'd never stayed there before and she pointed out things that might interest us.
Cons -
- Hard to find food available at certain hours
- The room was 69 degrees and that was a little cool for me, but I couldn’t get the thermostat to increase the temperature.
- Shower was flooding all of bathroom.

The room was 69 degrees and that was a little cool for me, but I couldn’t get the thermostat to increase the temperature.

The entrance to the hotel is quite far from parking. There's not a great drop off area. There are plenty of carts, but if you are a person with limited mobility, you would have quite the walk from your car to the hotel check in and then to your room. Not sure why there's such a huge sidewalk area between the parking lot/driveway and the doors. Kinda silly if you ask me.
