I travel often and have met with many hotel staff over the years. But I must say, Shelby provided my family and me with best in accomodations, courtesy, and attentiveness that I've ever experienced. If I could give her 10 stars that wouldn't be enough.
Easily accessible to where we needed to go for business meetings.

The hottub was not clean or chlorinated properly. The indoor pool was exstremly cold.

Easily accessible to where we needed to go for business meetings.

We had to ask for towels each night as they didn't clean our room as we were staying for the week.
