Pros +
- The room! So large and clean and peacefully decorated....really very pleasantly surprised! Very comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. Nice little breakfast area with just the right type of food for a quick bite. Very clean and organized. Quiet. So nice

Cons -
- The only thing for us was the noise of the large green HVAC condenser unit or cooling tower(?) behind the hotel and below our room (room 215, Mattoon, IL) In the night it seemed quite noisy, almost like a small helicopter! It did disrupt our sleep a bit.
- No pool access, and was not told that when I called to ask if pool toys were ok to bring with. WE booked specifically for the indoor pool.
- Breakfast could have been better.

Location, cleanliness
We could hardly understand the front desk person when she spoke to us. The computer was not working and no one could assist.
Great breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, and friendly staff.
It was in a good location and rooms were clean with comfortable bed. The breakfast was better than expected.
The hot tub had a lot of sand in it. Didn't use the pool, but it also appeared to have some sand in it.
Easy parking. Location near freeway.
Toilet was very sluggish and on 2nd night, would not flush at all. Bedside light bulb was out. Room somewhat outdated. Had to sign separate paper when checking in about a fee of $250 to be billed to credit card if one of the many rules was violated.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to requests and it is in a good location off the interstate
Was very disappointed that there was no fridge in the room...very inconvenient! Breakfast was only fair. Need a plug in on nightstand!
I don't want to be a downer, but it just wasn't a good room.
The mouse in the room and how dirty it was. (Smoke alarm was hanging down, pink makeup (?) in the door handle of the bathroom, stains on the couch. Oh yeah, and the mouse.
Great value for the price. Clean, good breakfast, nice pool.
location
hot tub was room temp and had sand in it. breakfast attendant ran out of food, she took too long to bring more. room smelled of mold and dogs. I ask for an animal free room.
Features, cleanliness, appearance
I requested a wake up call and I did not get it.
Hotel was near capacity but the morning breakfast person was not able to keep up. Much of the items they provide for breakfast was not available with still a full hour of breakfast hours left. Need 2 people serving.
I can't answer the last question because i'm Anna from
The Hot tub had sand in it but I told the desk girl and she said she'd let the maintenance guy know. Also the hot tub had scum that looked like bathtub scum. It needs a good cleaning.
Conveniently located right off of the interstate. Room was large with two queen size beds
Breakfast was so so.
Great breakfast...good price too!!!
Stayed on the 2nd floor & think the hallway carpet is looking rather worn...
Comfortable bed. Nice hot tub.
No refrigerator or microwave in the room
Sink was dirty, first room had wet carpeting with a fan set up to blow on it. Second room stunk. Breakfast was good.
The bed was comfortable
The pool was very cold and the hot tub did not get hot
