Front desk staff were polite and friendly. 1st floor windows open which is a plus because the air conditioner unit is a mold and mildew hazard.

Strong smell of mold and mildew coming from the air conditioner. We got scratchy, sore throats and felt sick after running it overnight. The whole hotel smells musty. Our room smelled like animal urine.

When we entered the hotel, the front desk worker turned the volume up on a Trump political rally. We are a Black family and felt targeted and disrespected. The rooms smelled of mold and stale air.

Nice staff and decor in entrance.

Fitness room is useless. Most equipment was in dis-repair and one dumbell only and to much to mention. Coffee in room was terrible.

Nice Pool Area

Nice Pool Area but Pool was Dirty..Leaves..Bugs..Garbage! Constant Fan option wasn't working on AC Unit! No Fan or Soap Holder in Bathroom! Literally No One in the Hotel and they Put Me in Room 216 right across the Hall from a Vent Return..was Very Loud!!

The hotel was very clean, with all of the amenities and comfort you might expect at a Holiday Inn Express or other nice hotel. Friendly staff, easy checkin. It was quiet and restful. Large mini-fridge and micro in room.

I would have preferred two normal size pillows to the four tiny pillows (15x15) provided, but it was manageable.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable bed, close vending/ ice machines. The front desk lady was very nice!

What i liked best, was the location

I didn't like the fact that the room was not cleaned properly There was trash under the beds, there were bugs in the room lots of bugs ants all over our beds. They gave me half of my money back.The workers need to make sure they clean those rooms better.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the staff were all very nice and accommodating.

The bed was very hard, the pillows were the size of square decorative pillows, the location was way out of the way from the things we wanted to do and places we wanted to go.

The beds are not rock hard like so many hotels.

It was ok. It was strange not to have someone always at the front desk, but they came promptly.

Excess to the back rooms. Not will lighted. Elevator not central to the back rooms. I'm handicapped, can't walk up stairs, long distance to my room from elevator. Girl at front desk (morning one) was rude and not helpful to my husband when he ask question

I did not like that I had to pay $30.00 more dollars for 2 queen beds?? You said you would pick it out but I did not get to pick 2 queen beds. I won't be doing that again.

The "hot" food at breakfast was cold.

The location is just what we needed. I like that breakfast was included -- the eggs were hot, and there was the normal variety of things to eat which surprised my husband.

1-manager jumped into my trying to get credit card and policy issue straight at checkin - I became very frustrated with her explanation 2-hotel not busy yet our room was far down the hall 3-needed tv service right away, not set right-prechecked

Yes, the breakfast food was overly salty, Brine tasting namely the biscuits and gravy. We both just threw it away.
