Please change your Google listing in such a way that when rideshare services arrive they are directed to the front of the building. Maps / Google maps put everyone at the. back door. Also MUCH more prominent signage in the back area driveup to the hotel

Comfort, style, staff, location

Please make signage from the tributory road more visible (from the traffic light to the back parking lot entrance). It is incredibly hard to find the way to your location as there is no clear entry signage to the lot unless you've been there before.

The elevator was not in good working condition and pool was closed without being noted on website.

The friendly & excellent service from the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the amenities.

Online registration said there was a pool. The pool on site is unavailable

The pool was closed and I had a reservation for wheelchair accessible room but they only had one so I went without a shower very upset

The staff are so polite and respectful and they're the for the customers.

That the pool wasn't open the customer but the reasure me that it will be open soon.

The kindness and attentiveness of the staff and management. This property is a new renovation, everything was beautiful and squeaky clean, and this not problem of my TV remote control not working was dealt with immediately.

my PowerChair didn?t fit in the Bedroom looked at 2 other rooms was taken to a handicapped accessible, room was good until sink water started running on the floor from pipe. Later sink filled up with nasty water later over flowed. It was horrible

I slept okay and I survived the night. The outside gives the appearance of being an okay hotel. Close to the highway yet surprisingly quiet. ...makes you appreciate that life isn't easy for many.

The bed was very comfortable.

I realize you get what you pay for: this is NOT a luxury hotel, BUT...I got locked in the bathroom in my room (w/o my phone) because the door knob was apparently broken. Took a while for me to get myself out. Of lesser concern: the TV got only 2 channels.

The room was filthy, the tub hadn't been cleaned, the refrigerator was full of mold. Everything was terrible.

Room was very cold because the a/c was left on 61 degrees 2 beds and only 1 blanket staff only had 1 blanket and 1 torn up comforter

Room smells like cigarettes and sheets very dirty. Reservations was for a king bed, got a double bed which I didn¿t mind, but the room was smelling of cigarettes.

Had to stop at the front desk to have key card swiped everyday. No cleaning service. Had to take out my own garbage and pick up fresh towels from front desk. Water pipe burst in lobby hallway towards elevator. No continental breakfast was served as advert

Need to start cleaning rooms, I left at 12, and my room was not touched.

The carts were leaning from side to side, and our luggage kept falling off, the floor by my bed was not clean, the t.v. stand was broken and so the t.v. would not stay up at a good viewing angle, the heater/a.c. unit would did not work even using the wall

It was horrible. Dusty. Rooms smelt clean but floor and toilet had hair on it. The towels were half cleaned. So cheap. But it was a 2 star hotel so I guess I can¿t do too much complaining
