Location is ok

Yes. It was not clean and room are in need of repair ( carpets with holes, window would not shut completely)

I was in a room on the first floor that has something that makes this loud noise

The breakfast

The rude staff members, the hotel is smoke but, reeks of marijuana in the hallways. The staff members are rude hard to understand with a dialect and they are very easy irritated because I didn't understand what they are saying.

Location, coffee available outside of the breakfast area.

The Hotel made me change my own bedding, the lady housekeeper refused to do it.

The Comfort Inn is a Choice Hotel. I am a Choice Hotels Diamond Member, highest level in their rewards program. Among my benefits is early check-in. I booked this stay knowing I would need an early check-in. The staff refused to give me this. Rude too

The fact that the microwave and the refrigerator seems to be working well. The selection of. clean linen was very good.

There was no portal to recharge my. cell phone..

Hot breakfast

There was glass in the parking lot from someone's truck window being busted out and after the truck left the glass was still there. BUT, it could have been cleaned up after we left.

The room looked remodeled

Front desk staff did not appear friendly; Police were at the location several times to manage unruly clientele;the maid discarded personal effects; side access door didn't accept key card; magnetic strip for key card failed when maid would service room.

What I liked best was the staff one staff member in particular, he was patient and helpful always had a smile also the room and hotel in general was very clean

Yes, I didnt like the television remotes I had to swap mine out twice .

money after I asked if the hotel was pet friendly. Get there and no pets are allowed. I was lied to in other to make a sale

There was smell in the corridor and In elevator, should be taken care of. Looks like the building needs a renovation, change all the carpet at least. Expensive compared to other places.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always on hand for any questions, and the lobby was very clean and orderly. The ice cold lemon water that was always ready was a life saver after being in the sun all day.

The only issue we had was the 3 pea size blood stains at the end of the bed where someone's legs would hang. We were not going to touch it, so I waited until we left to mention it so the cleaning staff could get it when they cleaned after us.

The hotel was as expected. It is older and could use some updates. The included breakfast was just ok.

The hotel manager was awful, no accountability and she literally looked like she hated working there. The room was terrible the sheets had a foot dirt mark on them like someone stomped them, the phone was unplugged and it was weird hand marks in the bath.

The location. The room service, once you request it.

The sign that states you have to request room service is off to the side. The average customer is not going to read all the signs on your countertop. That sign is important it should be right up front!
