Yes, there was no phone in room, felt VERY unsafe. There was people in room next door to my room that was fighting & screaming at one another, as well as a large dog barking & growling at the couple fighting!

It was a 15 minute walk to my new job.

Yeah, some dude offered to sell me crack. When I complained, I became the issue. I didn't even stay the last night. When the manger was accusing me of smoking, HE let me know he could come in my room at ANYTIME.

I stayed there on 2 different occasions, and will be staying there again in lest than a week. I have always gotten a comfortable bed and a clean room.

Yes I don't like all of the bad reviews that this chain gets. I read the bad reviews also. The motel was nothing like the reviews that I read. Don't be afraid to try American Inns.

Customer service was awful,room was dirty,not the right room and giving another room which was locked and couldn't get into and it was pouring down rain

Breakfast was ridiculous! A container of donuts from Walmart, and two brands of cereal. Nothing else! The carpet in my room had a hole in the floor. AC did not cool the room.

It was clean and easy to get to. Parked right in front of the door. no credit card deposit required like so many others do now.

It was as described and the rooms were clean and didn't smell like smoke. Better than I expected for the price.

The price, because I'm a very tight budget right now. The room is very nice, with a tub to soak. The desk design & feature, I really love. I can work comfortably. Very clean rooms.

My only suggestions, would be to add additional charging outlets & USB port charging, as there are more tech gadgets to charge these days.maybe add a fenced patio area to let pets get a bit of freedom to walk about.

The rooms were dirty- food on the floor - fridge and microwave in the bathroom, TV didn¿t work and neither did the internet, the sheets were on inside out, there were bugs and tape holding the furniture together

A warmer comforter over bed sheet would be more cozy than just a bed cover sheet.

the room was clean, if a bit run down. it was quiet. it was inexpensive. free wifi. comfortable bed. no insects. would definitely stay again.

with prices so low, it attracts some unsavory types. the towels smelled a lot like bleach, but at least you know they're clean. the outlet in the bathroom didn't work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had an issue

The room smells and there was mildew and mold on the bed sheets and bottom of the bed. They did transfer us to another room.

Lose broken tiles in bathroom, carpet was damp to walk on, received one large towel with 15 holes for a two day stay,manager had to come to the room to get tv working and last 1st night turned light on in bathroom and there were roaches all over!!!

Not clean no security, foul smell in the room and corridors, broken ceiling, dirty chairs, too much of dirt comes out of AC.

The smell was terrible in the room. Door handle look like it had been kicked in. Latch was broken. Toilet handle was broken. It¿s like the old saying, you get what you pay for.

Everything. Nicotine caked down walls, no housekeeping and rude owners, fridge was filthy our toilet had feces caked on it after we were told rooms been cleaned.

Price, nice people working there, location

A little run down, and people making noise all night.
