Pros +
- The workers at the location had great customer service
- The conference space and lobby were lovely and functional.
- Bartender was great. Hotel staff were great.
Cons -
- The bed was hard and had a flat sheet instead of fitted sheet on the bed. I killed 4 lady bugs which is out of their control but I honestly feel like they should do a mattress check because they were really rough on the body
- The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. The person on the sofa bed ended up on top of the sofa instead of the pull out sleeper
- The rooms are dated and tired. Not enough overhead lights or electric plugs. Bathrooms especially need updating.
