Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago-Libertyville

Breakfast one morning was horrible. The food was dried or they had run out but not replaced anything Why were the boiled eggs not oeeled

The amenities: indoor pool, exercise room, laundry room.

Several family members received "Hand-Foot-Mouth" disease after swimming in the pool. Hot Tub was disgusting. This trip was for a Wedding.

The staff was so friendly and made us feel like home. Very accommodating and convenient location. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an adjoining room and the people next to our room was smoking, so consequently, our room smell like smoke. Also, the hotel staff really did nothing about it.

Heater/ac unit was broken and cover kept falling off when my 1 year old would mess with it

Very clean. Very quiet (good building construction with concrete floors), very nice staff, pool and hot tub were always accessible.

The hottub was cool (guessing about 100 degrees - normal pools can be as hot as 105 - I would have liked it to be a few degrees warmer.

Ease of check in and check out.

The air conditioner was incredibly loud. It rattled and vibrated at various RPM¿s all night.

We stayed a total of three night at this Hampton Inn. It was a total pleasure. Hotel employee at the front desk and all other members of the staff were extremely nice and attentive! The location is really pleasant and quiet. Great breakfast! We strongly recommen.

Not one thing to complain about!

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Room was super clean. Free breakfast was wonderful. They serve an actual hot breakfast and not just cold pastry. Coffee, hot tea and lemon/orange water were available at all hours and nightly chocolate chips. Loved it!!

The breakfast offered was very nice. There was flavored water available in the lobby which I really liked. I got a cup of this every time I passed through the lobby. The staff was very polite.

Something sticky by the closet on the carpet so I had to wear shoes all the time-gross. another guest decided to have a temper tantrum outside my window in the parking lot at 1am. 10 min later person was still outside screaming

Friends staff and great room

The heat in our room did not respond to the thermostat. The electricity went our during the night, and in the morning. There was only cereal and pastry for breakfast.

It was very clean and the breakfast was delicious

Quiet and comfortable.

There was a scent from some freshener. A little bit much.

During this COVID era that we are living in they made it very safe for us. Location was perfect for us.
