It was dirty, the beds were disgusting, we didn’t sleep the whole night and left super early just get out of there. I took pictures, filthy!!!

From Entrance to Lobby to Front Desk to Elevator to Hallways to Room...Filthy beyond belief. Door Jammed, Carpet massive stains, Sheets stained and hair. Showered constant running. Every single employee needs to be fired including the regional manager.

The appearance of the on the website was not the same in person. There was trash outside as well as inside. No working bathroom in the lobby. A family was shocked while turning on a lamp and the bed frame was broken in their room!!!!

HORRIBLE. I left shortly after checking in and I was denied a refund and my $100 deposit has yet to be released. Hotel smelled like mildew and the pool area was extremely unsanitary. Mold, rust, and dirt everywhere. I wish I could upload pictures.

Wasn't as advertised, hotel was unclean, rm 202 bdsheets smelled of previous male cologne, sofa sleeper mattress very soil, torned, springs sticking out, hole in the wall, shower curtain rod was loose, unsafe, hotel agreed to refund one night stay

Lobby was dirty, hallways were dirty. Elevator was dirty. My room was in horrible condition. Sheets had orange stains and were dirty. The carpet had what looked like white paint on it. Walls paint chipped, couch had stains. Weren't comfortable! REFUND!

Dirty, toilet ran all night, smelled like weed walking in the door, Guy promised to fix the toilet the next day didn't happen. Tolded the front desk clerk that someone spilled something on the floor. Came out my room the next morning it was still there..

I was accused of smoking in the room in an attempt to to keep my deposit. I called for the manager and he confirmed that there was nosm9ke smell in the room.

Maid service, particularly, buy the male house keeper, is rushed and lazy.

This hotel is one of the better options in Lansing. The rooms were spacious, clean and updated.

There were no sheets available for the pullout sofa. The mattress was filthy and when the cushions were taken off there was trash under them. We were there for a funeral so this was upsetting. We actually checked out and I’m waiting for a refund!

My blanket had a holes in it. The curtains were dusty and had red stains on it the couch was filthy. I used the towels with holes in it to be able to sit on the couch. The closet was dirty the heat went out was told no maintenance no extra towels etc.

The hotel room we were put in was so dirty within 5 minutes of being there our 2year olds feet were black. The room had bare wires in an outlet that was open. There were no trash cans in the room. The hideaway bed had no sheet and stains!

The location was not far from the conference I attended and shopping places. I will recommend this place if there are good changes like vacuuming the place. (I saw the cleaner sweeping the hallway carpet instead of vacuuming.

The hallway was dirty. The room did not have a rack with hangers to hang my clothing. The water temperature was more clod than warm/hot. The sink tap water was not flowing enough.

They tell you that you can't take the breakfast to your room, but the room has a microwave and refrigerator. Before you can get clean linen and towels you have to personally bring them your dirty ones. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. Bathroom needs update

The night manager refused to give batteries for remote. He kept trying to get in our room. He was uncooperative about everything that was asked of him. Bathroom shower was broken. I won't stay there anymore.

They overbooked for the room type I selected so I was offered another room with 1 bed and a pull out instead of 2 beds and a pull out. I took the offer since I did not have the funds to book another room. The pull out was disgusting with stains all over
