Sleep Inn near I-80 and I-94

There was roaches—bugs in the shower of the first room assigned and then staff were great and reassigned a different room. The water in the sink had to run a while—10 minutes. The lighting in the rooms are dim. The bed comfortable but dirty.

One of the hotel personnel was understanding and empathetic about the situation of the rooms were displaced twice at midnight

The first room, the bed collapsed when my daughter lay down to rest. We were then moved to another room. When we turned on the lights, there was a roach climbing on the wall. The hotel offered refund and reserve another hotel. I asked for another room.

The Room was updated and a nice Clean Stay.

The hallway Carpets need to ve upgraded or replaced and the vending machine had all expired items in them

The room was not clean floors were filthy when I brought a dirty bath mat to the clerk on duty and told him the floors were filthy he just gave me a new floor mat and went back to his cell phone!

Beds and bedding were satisfactory,

bare floors in room were filthy, spilled water and when I wiped it up the towel was black, shower door did not securely close, water leaks all over the floor, hallway carpet and lobby furniture old, worn out and smelly

Location to what I had planned to do while visiting the State

I did not expect or like the uncleanliness of the lobby and my first room. It had an unbearable smell that made it impossible for me to breathe. I did ask for a change of room which was a little better, but not much. At least it smelled better.

The room sink wasn't next to toilet. The coffee maker didn't work. Bed side lamp had missing light bulb.

Well where do i start there was a Crack in the sink carpets were stained the tissue holder was coming loose off the wall,hardly ever was anybody at the desk u had to ring the bell every time scale 1-10 I'd give this hotel a 0

The staff was amazing Samuel was very friendly upon me arriving and checking in.

The carpet was very dirty the room was not up to standard¿s either. The bathroom smelled of sewer issue, blow dryer on wall was taped on there was no remote at least that¿s what I thought but when I went to lay down the remote fell from behind the bed.

Housekeeping worked hard to keep things clean Breakfast staff worked hard to keep area clean Front desk staff did their best

The location. The staff were also pleasant.

The bathroom seemed small. I did not like that the sink was located outside of the bathroom.

We were given a larger room after the first night. The bed was hard and the toilet flushed poorly.

the TV didn't work half the night and every time I left out my room I have to go back to get my key when I reactivate it

Friendly staff, linen was clean.

Brown dirt in ice from ice machine. Ashes in the bathroom on the floor. Shower need to be cleaned. Trash under chair. Carpet peeling from wall.

I asked housekeeping for 2 extra blankets and was told to call front desk. I call them and was told if I see housekeeping to ask. I informed her that I did ask and was told to call front desk. I was later asked why I didn't I move rooms if it was so cold.

the location is great do to my family member living out that way

yes,, was disappointment the day we check in they credit card machine was not working and we had to go out an find a atm to take cash off my credit card it was almost 11pm at night drove 5hr to get there and called them before we arrive
