Location, cleanliness and decoration

$100 deposit that was taken out of my account that was not disclosed before arrival. I billed my bar tab to the room and they ran another charge on my card instead of applying it to the deposit. The bartenders were the rudest I've ever met.

No coffee at Hotel in the lobby.

Staff was nice.

Room was cold and drafty. Bed was saggy. Really needed coffee in morning?no complementary coffee. Wish I had stayed elsewhere

Were no milk no yogurt no bread available at 9am Sunday for bfast that started at 8am. Bed was SUPER lumpy. Elevator very slow and only one making in and out painful. There were no shelves in bathroom so our toiletries were on floor

Staff was GREAT! Bar Lounge was very inviting and comfortable, the music that was playing everytime we were in there was great.

Elevator has been out since March. Thanksgiving dinner was $85 a person and was awful! we ate maybe a 1/4th of our dinner and paid over $300 for it. Breakfast, we had 3 Breakfast sandwiches, bacon and potatoes, coffee, paid $108, OUTRAGEOUS!!

Very friendly customer service, great location, well kept hotel. Food is excellent as well.

The charming character and great location for a reasonable price

Elevators need updating.

The Graduate is a cozy, welcoming hotel. I like the variety of the rooms, the quality of the finishes, and the quality of the climate control. The rooms are warm, but not stuffy.

As an older hotel, the number of outlets are limited. As someone who uses a CPAP for sleep, I need to be able to plug in the medical device bedside. It's not easy to do a the Graduate.

Quality towels and bedding.

Breakfast was adequate but nothing to brag about. The building needs freshening up.

Very accomodating, friendly staff. Super clean room with character...not sterile like the hotel chains. Also, please note...I am not Michael from Norwalk, CT....I am Michael from Richfield, WI.

It was frigid cold out. The room was plenty warm, however it would have been nice to have extra blankets available in the room. Also, the next morning we made coffee and the coffee was quite bitter...looked like old packaging.

It is extremely well-priced. It is quiet, clean, with courteous staff. It is walking distance to Evanston business/shopping district and Northwestern University.

The room was a little shabby and the bed's mattress was clearly old.

Older building, but that added to its vintage charm. Room was clean, warm, cozy, and well-stocked with amenities. Staff were very friendly. I didn't use the laundry room, but it's convenient that there is one available.
