It was inexpensive, located perfectly to what I needed to attend, and the employees were super kind and helpful.

Nope - I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel suite was immaculate, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location was conveniently located nearby several excellent eateries. I highly recommend staying here as I¿m confident you¿ll be delighted.

It was very expensive for what was essentially a mildly upgraded Comfort Inn. In particular the fact for the price I would have expected cleaning service every day and not every second day.

We¿ve stayed here many times while our daughter was a student in Evanston, IL. The location is fantastic, the suite style rooms are wonderful and the breakfast is among the best of all hotel chains.

Great room, great location, great service, very clean, seems brand ne. Price was a bit high for this hotel type but the value was there. The only drawback was no restaurant on site but plenty to eat in the local area, within a two minute walk.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!! No maid service! No one told us this would be the case! Not on website! Never would have booked here. Returned to dirty towels on floor, unpaid beds! Stuffed toilet was not fixed during stay!

Breakfast had a wide selection. Convenient to have breakfast traveling with children. Wish bar would have been open. Staff was friendly. Good location. Lobby did not seem very clean

Nice location and updated decor.

No sanitizing stations anywhere- elevator buttons were broken. In the workout room, project happening in the bathroom and materials, tools, and equipment were all over the floor and NO Wipes or sanitizer in gym at all.. no breakfast available

A lot of the employees were really nice, they had great customer service skills which is impressive too that they were in a good mood considering there is a pandemic going on

Even with all of the lights on in the room, it still doesn’t feel bright enough? I think making some of the lights brighter, like the ones by the door would be a nice adjustment

The location. A fridge and a microwave.

No disposable cups. The glassware was dirty. Stayed two nights and my cup had been wiped out with marks and handprints. Front desk male not friendly/busy talking with staff. Refused my HH Honors number for incidentals saying not relevant.

We thought it was VERY unprofessional that the staff did not wear uniforms or name badges. With the hotel being located in a college town, it would have even been appropriate if the staff had worn Northwestern gear. It was hard to tell who was staff!

The proximity to a friend house. Thats about all.

They charged an exorbitant amount ($29 a day) for valet parking. The breakfast had cold scrambled eggs and extremely strong coffee. I have had better in the military. It took three phone calls and two hours to get a maid to clean the room. Understaffed!

The Staff was unbelievably gracious and friendly The food was and the location was prefect Fastest and smoothest elevators in my life

$29 parking fee plus tipping made that $39 I never expected

Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Valet service & bell service is fast & professional. Parking is more reasonably priced than downtown.

View out the window was the trash dumpster...Parking is valet.

Loved the shower, and the black out shade. Breakfast was very good. The omelet guy was super busy, fast and accurate. I wish I had brought money to tip him. There is reasonably-priced, public parking a couple of blocks away.

Like every downtown hotel, you must pay for parking.

TV was inoperative. Staff ignored first request to fix. After an hour, staff came to room and reset cable box.

Loved the breakfast, the suite was fantastic as I had to be there for several days, felt like an apartment. Staff were wonderful.

Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was decent but not the greatest.

Room was not as clean as I would have liked. Refrigerator had fingerprints all over it and walls had scuffs and marks. Our door did not lock and thermostat buttons did not work (although these were fixed when I brought it to the front desks attention)
