I loved the 1923 building and its location so close to Northwestern University!

I missed the free parking and free coffee/breakfast that cheaper hotels provide.

Great location, friendly staff, room was above expectation! Very nice property

The bathroom was pretty small, with little to no counter space

The staff was kind and responsive. Each staff member greeted with a smile (Front desk, valet, housekeeping)

The room had a mildew/must smell. Contacted front desk staff who quickly requested housekeeping. Housekeeping arrived within 10-15 to spray Febreeze. This masked the smell for a few hours but overall the smell remained. This is not a housekeeping issue.

The location--walking distance to restaurants, etc.

There is only valet parking and it's not cheap--$37 + tax. This is not made clear on their website. No breakfast included and only cheap coffee in the room--no free freshly brewed coffee. No pool. Very small room and small, cramped bathroom.

Staff, comfort of linens, cleanliness, spaciousness of room -- except the tiny bathroom.

The bathroom felt like a mobile home. It was SO TINY! At least put in shelving or something where people can put a hair brush and toothbrush. Plus, I sat down on the commode, had left the door open, and hit my eye! I had a black eye, tough to explain.

Staff were super friendly. Hotel was beautiful and the restaurant attached was excellent. Front desk found out we were there celebrating our anniversary and upgraded our room for us. Would definitely stay again.

Beds were uncomfortable very small rooms. No parking coffee machine in the room did not work.

I felt like the front desk was not super welcoming when I came in, treating me like they are superior.

I always stay here as it's closer ti Northwestern. The staff always accommodate my needs and respond to my texts if I need anything.

Our room was a little dingy. Stains on the walls, a mild mildew odor, just felt old and not very relaxing.

Room was filled with cigarette and cannabis smoke the entire stay. We contacted the front desk who didn't do anything nor did they offer to move rooms. My wife has asthma and she was coughing at night. Terrible experience.

Refunded the room, Unit heater A/C was not working leaking on floor, carpet was soaked, windows screwed shut so not way to get fresh air. Yet another reason to despise lawyers and code officials who punish everywhere for the rare acts by a few

I The hotel is under renovation, renovated rooms are fine but the older rooms are in deplorable condition. Hilton trying to make improvements it the late night staff are morons (English as a second language)

The room was very dated. In the bathroom (which was TINY) there were broken tiles, marks on tub, crusty mirror.

The staff are amazing at this hotel. Hotel employee their night person is wonderful, beautiful personality and makes you feel very welcomed. All the staff had smiles and made sure everyone had whatever they needed

My only issue was the ac. It was only able to go to 68 and on hot hot days after being out in the city and coming back it took along time to cool down. We had to go buy a fan to try to help. our ac must of overheated as we had to move rooms on last night

The restaurant workers were fabulous! I liked the shower head pressure in the tub.

We were in a prerenovated room and the bathroom was the tiniest bathroom I have ever been in. When we got to the hotel at 2:00, our was not available. Our friends? room was and when we said we were diamond Hilton Honors , there was nothing available.
