I would have like to been aware that there was going to be a parking and breakfast charge this time, wasn't one last time.

The room that I was in smelled horrible. The walls in the bathroom smelled like mildew and you can smell the strong Oder from the carpet and tell that it’s not being shampooed. I had to have them remove the ottoman due to the order and stained.

I love the staff, Hotel employee and her colleague always make my stay very welcoming. I go here on business about 5 times a year to Evanston and I always stay here for the hospitality of the staff. They always go over and beyond.

The poll was empty, the kids were bummed about that but we were close to the beach so it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Clean, easy parking, very good staff

The breakfast was not very good. Shortage of bread, pancakes were like rubber, no yogurt and had to ask for some. Decaf coffee tasted bad. Would recommend again only if breakfast is improved

There is no casino, built up grime along the edge of the carpet and tiles in bathroom, the cta very close, tried to charge for days I didn?t park, they charge for a mediocre breakfast

Well located near tons of cafes, food, and the lake. Brilliant view of the Chicago skyline. Affordable parking, and free street parking a couple blocks away. Good price. One of the best in Chicago.

Was promised a room that slept 4 adults was given a queen bed and a "pullout" that was actually a chair with an ottoman.

The room was fantastic- spacious and clean and quiet! I loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the fresh orange-infused cold water in the lobby.

The parking was a little tricky- getting in and out is a bit rough given the very very step incline into and out of the garage.

Convient downtown location. Friendly and professional staff.

During check in the system was down and staff had to manually check in guests which was a more lengthy process. The first room I was assigned had a heater that was broken and an open window that I could not close. The next day I was assigned a new room.

Yes, the room was not very clean,there was no shampoo instead of shampoo they provided two bottles of conditioner, coffee machine in the room looks dirty and dusty.Carpet looked like it was not vacuumed for some time.

I reserved 2 queen beds and they gave us a king. When we went down to tell them they said they had no other rooms and that my daughter could sleep on the couch ! After demanding the room we booked and waiting for a manager they found a room.
