Door wouldn't open & tough to lock. Not enough lights in room. Hair in shower.

Staff were unfailingly polite. There were skating competitions in the area and young people from all around the country staying at this hotel. Everyone seemed to be comfortable.

Costs of drinks in the bar seemed a little high. We were not able to use a credit card in the bar/restaurant and had to charge these things to our room.

Location, location, location. Clean.

Housekeeping is upon request only, amenities are minimal. Information on "how to", where to go/see/eat, is via a QR code that didn't work for me. There are charges you don't hear about until check-in - a $100 deposit "in case" and $24 a day for parking.

So clean! Exceptional staff. Great pool and hot tub area.

Overpaying 30$ for breakfast I expect a better choice of food. No lactose free diary analogs; not a single vegetable; berries are moldy!

Staff was nice and accommodating

Even after an upgrade, the room looked like a Super 8 motel room. There was a funky odor of I flushed toilet in the hallway. It was not a great (even good) experience. I will definitely not ever stay there or refer anyone to stay there. It sucks.

maid service female was outstanding, only bright light to come into my view.

my reserved and paid for double room was downgraded at the desk to a smaller inferior room to accommodate my prior accommodation request. After downgrade the room still lacked requested accommodation appliance. Bed mattress worn and sagging in middle.

Fire alarm went off and first exit door to outside was locked. Frightening Pressure to use parking when ample street parking was available. Staff frequently not at desk of time to get response

Clean comfortable room.

The hot tub didn't work and hasn't for some time. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the hot tub, due to recent knee surgery. It should not be advertised as a selling point. That is false advertisement. Very disappointed.

Very clean! Updated rooms that were beautiful. Beautiful hotel overall very well kept. Definitely met all of my expectations for a Hilton stay.

Breakfast was expensive and not very good. I had biscui5s and gravy and the biscuits were obviously reheated. I feel Breakfast should be included in the price for the stay.

Proximity to restaurants and Northwestern. Very reasonable rates. Was able to get adjoining room with sons. Wish breakfast was included but had such a low rate could eat out easily

1. Exterior of hotel surrounded by customers frequenting the weed shop in the building. 2. No resturant 3. Chairs in guest room covered in faded smelly fabric. Should replace or upholster in vinyl. Easy to wipe down. 4. Towels are worn out.

Room size

We were told on phone by the hotel prior booking online that there is a $150 pet deposit but it is refundable. But at the end we were told the deposit is not refundable! We stayed for 4 nights, a $38/night on a hypoallergenic mini dog is ridiculous!

Staff was very friendly, facilities were new and clean.

It's a shame the indoor pool isn't heated, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Great food, Han healthy choices. The hotel and room are beautiful. Location was perfect. What I liked most was the staff. Friendly, cheerful and always available.

I liked everything about The Hilton Garden.
