Close to the place we needed to be

The toilet didn't flush, the heater didn't work, the TV wouldn't turn on, breakfast was later than we could use, and the elevator was not functioning.

The place was relatively clean..no carpets which was a plus. Thourgh bed bug check and super clean..the breakfast was excellent

I'm still waiting on a refund of the extra $50 they charged me for SECURITY

I have been recovering from a near death infection and extended hospital stay. Needless to say I keep extending because it’s much quieter than home and the staff has been awesome.

The location and I have absolutely no idea yet what it about it that I dislike

Tv too old and channels were boring mostly news not enough variety like comedy etc. Also breakfast needs to have fresh fruit sometimes. Also the parking lot had a couple of large potholes.

Breakfast was great, front desk employees were great

The elevator had issues a few times but otherwise everything was great for the price

Outdated hallways, dingy lighting. Very dirty fabric chair in room.

The location and price. Staff is nice, the breakfast is nice. The water pressure in rm 315 is awesome, the fridge also works in that room.

This week was all good, staff was nice, only down side was they had sausage gravy on the morning I was looking forward to the breakfast potatoes.

I had 2 rooms. 1st refrigerator was broken, 2nd the hand shower water cable had a real bad leak.

Morning

The amount of marijuana use in the hotel was excessive. The carpets were dirty. The tiles were busted and lifting up. There was a hole in the shower wall. The lock didn't latch properly.

When we got into the room we checked the windows. Ours was unlocked on the ground floor. Luckily it had a working lock. There was no breakfast not even coffee. The beds were like cardboard. Did not feel safe and worried about the car.

Our room had flies in it. The leather all around the desk chair was ripped & the inner cushions exposed. There were no clean towels. We arrived back at the hotel they still didn?t have clean towels. I could hear the people above me walking in their room.

Good location the gentleman who was in the afternoon and night time were excellent provided good customer service

The lady who was in the reception area in the afternoon when we arrived need better communication stood there while she looked at me for 5 min with out noticing me

Broken phone, dirty towels, guy at check in was incredibly rude and intimidating, and had scary people hanging out in the lobby with him.

There were not any extra towels in my room and when I went to the front desk to ask for more they said they didnt have anymore because the hotel was full

They did have a new waffle maker that made little waffles. Have not had that before at any hotel breakfast

Tv programming lacked big time- so few channels to chose from.
