Power went out. No staff communicated at all. Couldn?t even get receipt from check out.

Location. Bed was comfortable and bed linens were nice.

Sports teams staying there. A little noisy. I saw a bug on the wall in the breakfast area. It went behind the Picture Frame. Power went out in our room just as we were trying to get out things together to check out

Had great sleep...don't know if it was the bed or the comforted.

Could have had more choices of breakfast cereal. Eggs were okay...sausage ok.

Staff was nice and tried to be helpful

The cable had changed, and there was no way to get a guide or even know what channels were available. I had the front desk come up and try, but he could not figure it out and simply said, "This is frustrating. Sorry."

Everyone was so nice...in the morning  went staff above and beyond her job I had asked if they sell stamps cause I needed to send out a letter and she gave me one of hers...she was a blessing...good people do still exist

Pleasant stay, very clean, professional and friendly staff, comfortable beds, great price.

The room was ok, they did not have a chair to sit on you had to sit on the bed.

bathroom sink was not draining. We told the night time management,they acknowledged it.Nothing was done. Next morning we told someone again, nothing. Checked out on monday,told them again told the maintence don't work weekend. Should offer another room

The room was filled with bugs.. they crawled on my child and the bed and walls I told management and they said it's out of there hands and they're only stink bugs and they won't hurt and the eggs and sausage wasn't fresh

Great location, great breakfast choices.

Moldy shower, very thin floors, we heard every single step above us, every sound from a hallway. There was a light beam in a window from the street and curtains don't move so no help from curtains.

There was an air freshener plug-in in the room that gave me a headache. I think whatever smell was in the room prior to the plug in would have been better. Nothing clean or fresh about the scent. They could also vacuum behind curtains once in a while.

The hotel is very clean and has an amazing view! We had ballgames in O¿Fallon and it was wonderful to be able to jump on the highway without traffic!

The staff that checked us in was so friendly and very informative. We were warmly welcomed and accommodated.

The eggs and sausage at breakfast was cold and there wasn't any hot chocolate or chocolate milk. (My sons favorite)

The front desk clerk working in the A.M. I thought I already did a survey and had her name wrote down and put it on the last survey I did so now I don't have her name anymore! She went Above and Beyond! She was a beautiful African American gal with glass

The breakfast was horrible! Everything else was outstanding!
