Very clean and staff was extremely nice

King bed was a queen size

The room was a good size and I liked the separate sitting area with the couch. The mattress on each bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was good. It was cool to see the river from some windows in the hotel. The lobby was nice.

There were 3 elevators, and 2 of them were out of order for our entire stay. Stairways were not clearly marked and I didn't even know where the stairs were until I asked the staff (this is very dangerous in case of a fire).

Yes they put us old people on a floor with a bunch of loud kids running up and down the hall all night

The room was clean and spacious. I was able to bring my dog.

The pool was smaller than it seemed in the photos, and it always had many kids/teens in it. I didn?t want to go to the pool anymore.

The hotel is back of the main road. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The cleanliness of the hotel was 5 stars. The breakfast selection also. The fact that it did not smell like cigarettes or weed was the best quality this hotel had!!

We had to request to have our room cleaned. Also we requested housekeeping on our second day and it was not cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk and request it again for us to find out that the guy didn¿t put our room down for cleaning.

The location is great.

The hotel had issues with hot water. I stayed in my room for 3 days. The people at the front desk kept telling me that "they were working" on the issue. I finally moved to another room. Also, the people at the front desk were not always responsive.

The room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper was perfect for 3 kids and Grandma and Grandpa. The breakfast had a lot of options.

The pool was on the small side and there was no hot tub.

Staff seemed to be not happy not like other Hyatts we have stayed in none of the staff were friendly or really helpful just doing there jobs

did not receive the room i requested/ paid for. staff was not apologetic whatsoever. public bathrooms were atrociously disgusting. 2 of the 4 stalls also out of order.

Location was convenient for 4th of July celebration

Air conditioner broken. Room never got cooler than 77 degrees. Was not offered another room when I said I couldn't sleep. Dirty water glasses. Orange stains on shower curtain

We stayed for three nights and didn't have the offer of room cleaning once. They told us to put our overflowing garbage in the hall, the duvet covers were stained.

I've read previous reviews and i agree. The front desk staff aren't professional and very rude!!!Room wasn't ready at 3pm for check in.I find it hard to believe that this hotel ran 100 percent occupancy on a Thursday night to have no rooms availabl.

Cleaning staff were limited. Common areas could have been much cleaner.

Cleanliness - location - loved that the ice machine was by the elevators!

Our room only had one very small waste basket in the bathroom. My husband stopped twice at the front desk to ask for another waste basket and was told one would be brought to our room - and that never happened.
