- The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
- They advertised a working swimming pool. There was not a working swimming pool.We left a couple of items in a closet, and when we realized it and called, it took 3 days to get someone to actually go to the room and look. The English language was a big barrier.

- They need to add USB wall for charging phones, add more warm milk for breakfast. and smell bad inside the room.
- Breakfast was not good, there was barely anything out there and it was all cold. The pool is also permanently closed which is not listed.
