Nice room. We felt.everyhting was clean and well kept

There was some water damage to the ceiling in the room that was very questionable as far as health concerns. We did not use the shower though so we felt our exposure was very minimal.

Walking trail beside the hotel. Soft water, nice shower. Nice staff and good breakfast.

Barn door on the bathroom would not stay closed. $200 hotel room should have a functioning bathroom door.

Location and service

The hotel is dated. Carpets are getting old, hair dryer smelled like it could burn when I used it, the floor in the room needed vacuuming, tv didn't work had to call technician

Took an hour to check in... when I already purchased the room. Went so kids could swim for his bday. In the morning we went for bfast which had only 10 mins. The worker was very rude because we came in. Even made comments! On top of it.

The caulking in a small section of the bathtub was moldy and should be replaced

I thought the elevator was extremely loud when it binged on opening and closing. Very minor issue , however if my room would have been by the elevator I think it would have bothered me, my room was not close.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and coffee/ cookies in the evening. The staff was very friendly.

My only suggestion would be to add recycling bins for cans and water bottles

Staff very friendly. Place was spotless and quiet.

It was very clean and the front desk was super nice. They even called us about 20 minutes after we checked in just to see if everything was good.

Small elevator and only one

The manager was helpful and kind. Complimentary breakfast was better than most and the food areas were kept clean. The room was in good condition. Overall much better than many pet friendly hotels.

Staff members were incredibly rude and didn't know their own pet policies.

The heating/cooling system was not ideal. The fan ran then shut off and kicked back on every 90 seconds......it would be heat one time and cold air the next. Also the door lock was not properly installed....there was a gap in the dead bolt cut out

The room was ok the bed was pretty comfy. Good breakfast selections.

The pillows were flat. The pool was nasty and cold. The carpet in the wall was dirty. The paint was coming off the wall in the pool room. The room also didn¿t have a tub. The price was pretty high for what we got/saw in the hotel.

Still advertising a hot breakfast. It's a ask with an apple, a muffin, and a granola bar. Nothing for people with sugar issues.

Location

No fridge, bathroom smelled like dog or dirty mop, beds had no support ( i am 240 lbs and they sunk in the middle like a bowl). The door needed repaired ( light shined through and it took a lot of strength to pull it open).

We were on top floor. There was a noisy, low pitched vibration that bothered us. Didn't know if it was heating/cooling units for the halls or perhaps the elevator.

the manager was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the pool was fun just a little cold.

When we walked in I found 'pee on the toilet seat, toothpaste spit on the sink handle, some brown globby splotches on the bathroom wall,, hair in the bedsheets and the housekeepers didnt vacuum very close to the beds. There was also no hot tub.

Location was easy to find, room was clean & breakfast had variety.

Booked room online with option to pay upon arrival but hotel clerk ran room charge on credit card before we arrived so wrong card was charged. We were then asked for pmt upon arrival so paid twice unknowingly. Now have to deal with wait for refund.

Facility was clean. Upon arrival, the lobby had a water leak and the staff was immediately engaged in the clean up.

I expected a refrigerator in our room. The clerk on night shift was ill and was not very optimistic about anything that we spoke of.
